Dear participants of the conference!

The program committee of the conference will hold a quiz on the basics of cytogenetics. The quiz participants will have to answer 25 questions in the field of classical and molecular cytogenetics. The participant who answered most of the questions asked will receive a prize - An International System for Human Cytogenomic Nomenclature (2016) of the Karger Publishing House.

We introduce you with Elena Pudova, the winner of the first "Methylation of the genome" quiz at the International Scientific RFBR Workshop with the Youth Section and the Practical School "Regulation of Gene Expression. Methylation” (The RFBR WORKSHOP "Regulation of gene expression. Methylation" is supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, Project number 17-04-20493). Elena Pudova – PhD student of the Laboratory of Post-genomic Studies of the Institute of Molecular Biology named after V. A. Engelhardt of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Elena answered correctly 17 questions out of 20. The prize from the Association is a book about epigenetics.
